Training and Meeting Dates

MISOA Field Training Session - Required for ALL refs

Bring:  Water, flags, whistles & shoes for running!  No need to wear referee gear.

Cost: Free, Feel free to bring a referee who has an interest in working MISOA games this fall and is 15+ years of age.

What we will do. (the order may change based on weather)

1. Participate in the Fitness "Reality Test" (This is not a pass/fail test, simply a method to measure your fitness), click here for a description of the test we use.  If you are injured, please attend anyway and you can help us with timing, etc.

2. Talk about the difference between Diagonal/Dual/Solo Officiating 

3. Review the NEW OSAA/NFHS Rules & Procedures

4. Discuss the Basics of High School Officiating

5. Answer lots of questions
